LVVF is a non profit organisation that relies on donations for to keep going. Its has been operating since 2009 on the generous monetary donations of individual, business men and women and relatively big organisations. We receive goods likes food, clothes and money from companies like fashion work, Legit, Pick n Pay, shoprite and rage to name a few. We also receive project based funding from National Lottery commission, Department of social Development, Sonke gender justice, Tshikululu and many other happy funders. Please feel free to add and make LVVF dream of helping disadvantaged people in the community and opening branches around the country come true.

Who We Are?
LVVF is a Non Profit Organisation that operates in the rural areas of the Thulamela Municipality in the Limpopo Province. it was Founded in 2009 by Ms Bridgette L.M. As a local asset, it renders welfare services to orphan and vulnerable children, youth, women and men mostly from disadvantaged, marginalized and poor families living in the rural areas and villages within Thulamela Municipality under Vhembe District without discrimination of race and sexual orientation. We promote Gender Equality and Human Rights for all in order to create a society where everybody will enjoy access to social justice, education, job opportunities, etc.
What We Do
As our country continues to celebrate freedom under its democratically elected government; we hope to assist in addressing three main challenges:
1. Redressing the inequalities of the past
2. Reducing poverty, hunger, unemployment by creating a sustainable society suitable for all
3. Fighting against underdevelopment, GBV, HIV/AIDS, etc

Community Library and Drop in Center

Children come after school to the drop in center to get help with homework and teach bible studies, life skills, reading, writing, public speaking and sports. The children also receive a late lunch everyday.

Community Outreach Programmes

LVVF organizes outreach programs and events to inform the community about mental health, physical health, GBV, HIV/AIDS, Arts/crafts and government laws and acts like COIDA for workplace health and safety awearness.

Skills Development and Family Counselling

LVVF assists families struggling with things like extreme poverty, unemployment, abuse, mental health or behavioral conditions. We give out food parcels, clothes, sanitary pads, skills development training and guide the family to where and how they can get further assistance.
